# Stockimus

> Stockimus splits tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663) into two ERC-20s: the price of the share (pToken, e.g. pSPY-DEC27) and its dividends until maturity (yToken, e.g. ySPY-DEC27). Fixed rates on the share, cash today for the dividends, pools on Uniswap v3, borrowing against the pToken on Morpho Blue. One of each merges back into the stock at any time, free. Public read API, no key. The deploy script submits the contract sources to Sourcify; MIT licensed.

Split fee 10 bps of the deposit. yToken redemption fee 5% of the dividend growth. Merge, pToken redemption and transfers are free. The first four series (SPY-DEC27, QQQ-DEC27, AAPL-DEC27, PFE-DEC27) mature at unix 1830283200, 31 Dec 2027 20:00 UTC. Pools: pToken/stock 0.05%, yToken/stock 1%, pPFE/USDG 0.3%. Lending: USDG against pSPY-DEC27 on Morpho Blue, LLTV 62.5%, once its market is created.
